Process automation and systems integration

Connect the tools you already pay for, automate the manual work between them, and keep the data in sync without anyone re-typing it.

There is a kind of work that appears on no org chart: someone exports a CSV from one system, cleans it, uploads it to another, and repeats next Tuesday. Copying an order from an email into inventory. Assembling the same report every Monday. It is usually the easiest work to automate and the last anyone looks at, because it is never urgent.

This is the cheapest service we offer and almost always the fastest payback, because nothing new has to be built — the tools already exist and need connecting. We start by measuring how many hours a month the task consumes, and if that number does not justify the build, we tell you and we do not do it.

It also covers bots and internal assistants: a bot that answers in WhatsApp or Slack with real data from your system, an alert when an indicator moves out of range, a job that runs by itself at 6am and leaves the report ready.

What you get

  • API integration between the tools you already use
  • Data sync, scheduled or real time
  • Internal bots for WhatsApp, Slack, Discord or Telegram
  • Automatic reports that reach whoever needs them
  • Alerts when a number moves out of range
  • Monitoring and retries: if an integration fails, you find out, not your customer
  • Documentation of what runs, when, and what to do if it breaks

A good fit if

  • Someone on your team moves data between two systems by hand every week
  • You pay for good tools that do not talk to each other
  • Your reports are assembled by copy and paste

Not a good fit if

  • The task takes ten minutes a month: not worth it, and we say so
  • The process changes every week and is not stable yet — stabilise first, automate second

Questions about this service

We measure the hours a month the task consumes and compare them to the cost of building it. If it does not pay for itself in a reasonable window, we tell you and do not quote it.

Anything with an API or webhooks, which today is almost everything: CRMs, billing, accounting, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, Slack, Discord, calendars. If one has neither, we find the alternative route and tell you how fragile it is.

Everything we ship has monitoring and retries. If something fails persistently, the alert reaches your team and us — not your customer.

For simple cases those tools work and we will say so. Custom development earns its cost when the logic has rules that do not fit a visual flow, when volume makes the subscription expensive, or when the data should not leave your infrastructure.
