A web platform is not a website with a login. It is a product: someone signs up, pays, invites their team, loads data, queries it, and depends on that working at 3am on a Tuesday. Everything underneath — permissions, billing, backups, audit trails — is the part a mockup never shows and the part that decides whether the product survives its first year.
We build that whole product. We start with the flow that makes the money and get it working end to end before widening: if it is a subscription SaaS, the first thing that ships is sign up, pay, use. Modules grow after that. It is the order that avoids the most expensive mistake we see, which is spending three months on an admin panel for a product with no paying customer yet.

It depends how many flows the first version has to cover: sign-up, billing and one working module is not the same project as a platform with five modules and fine-grained permissions.
