In a Discord community, dates get lost in the scroll. Someone announces something, twenty messages later nobody sees it, and there ends up being one person whose informal job is reminding everyone else.
RemindMe takes the reminder written the way a person would write it — no rigid date-and-time syntax — and returns it to the channel when it is due. On top of that we built what turns a bot into a product: shared organisations, recurrence, per-user timezones, and a web app that syncs with Google Calendar.
It is our own product, so we also run the business: free tier, premium plans, billing and support. That is why when a client asks what it actually takes to keep a SaaS alive after launch, the answer is not theoretical.
