The problem was not that guests were not arriving. It was how they arrived. Enquiries came in by phone and direct message, one at a time, handled by hand during office hours — while the guest browsing villas at eleven at night from another country had no way to book.
The other half of the problem was describing the place. A villa resort does not explain in paragraphs: a guest’s decision depends on where each villa sits, how close to the water, how far from everyone else. We solved it with an interactive SVG sector map where each villa is a real point that opens its own page.
The site is static and fast, with the background video optimised so it does not punish mobile load, and the booking flow cut to the minimum number of steps. It is in production and takes reservations 24/7.
