Three departments, three different ways of storing the same information. Finance had its files, HR had theirs, and projects lived on a separate board. Every month-end was an exercise in reconciling by hand numbers that should have been the same number all along.
We built LogIA as three modules over a single data model: what gets recorded on one side appears on the other without anyone copying it. The dashboards show live state rather than the state of the last export.
Billing came into the system too. We wired ePayco directly into invoicing, so payments stopped being chased over email and got reconciled where they are generated.
