An app is not done when it compiles. We build with React Native, so the logic is written once and runs on both systems. What we do treat separately is what the user feels: navigation, gestures and performance get tuned per platform, because an app that feels like a website inside a phone gets uninstalled fast.
If you already have a web platform, with us or with someone else, the app connects to the same API and shares the data. We do not build a second parallel backend that then has to be maintained twice.
